Camping “Deserto” lies in Domaso, a well-known tourist centre in the northern side of the Lake of Como.

A small village, with ancient origins and a recent past rich of history. Picturesque the historic centre, typical of a fishing-village.
The “High-Lario” environment is really beautiful: the lake, the mountains, the green valleys, rocky peaks and an uncontaminated Nature.

Here you will find a friendly atmosphere and good mood, and so many local products to taste: with the typical dishes from the lake (risotto with perch, missuitin (a grilled dried lake shad) you can try typical dishes of the Valtellina (sciatt and pizzoccheri)

- Sciatt= morsels of grey and white meal with local cheese, flavoured with beer and grappa fried in oil / Pizzoccheri = grey meal noodles with savoy or chards, cheese flavoured with browning butter and garlic.
